Cancellation Policy

Our Scraparoni Crops have been a huge success thanks to you!
We've had a long waiting list for several crops, and to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to attend, we've updated our cancellation policies :

Day Event Crops

Cancellations 15 or more days before the event will receive a full refund of the cost of the event.
Cancellations between 8 and 14 days before the event will receive a future crop credit.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event will receive no refund.

Please understand that a tremendous amount of time, money and planning goes into each crop . We are happy to work with you if we can fill your spot, but can not make any promises 7 days prior to the crop date.

Weekend Events

A deposit of $150 is needed to reserve your spot. Payment can be made on our payment page via Paypal/Major Credit Cards.

Final payment for the crop will be due 30 days prior to Scheduled Event. Your spot is confirmed upon full and complete payment.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at any point before 10 days prior to event will be refunded in full.
For any cancellations that are made 10 days or less before the event start-date, all monies paid are Non-Refundable.

There are no refunds for "No Shows." You will be considered a "No Show" if you do not attend the event and do not notify us prior to the event.

No refunds will be granted due to natural disasters, national emergencies, or Acts of God. If our venue is open then the event will be held with no refunds for cancellations or no-shows. If an event needs to be cancelled due to venue closure, no penalty fees will occur and the event will be rescheduled for a later date.
