Since 2003 the Guido family has hosted over 83 fun filled crops. In that time we have served over 325 pounds of pasta to over 1000 people.
 In mid 2007, we took a year off due to a difficult pregnancy and then birth of baby Guido #5.

Carmela was born on April 1st with a heart defect called Transposition of the Great Arteries. She spent 64 days in the Mt Sinai NICU and has proved to be a miracle baby. After two heart procedures and multiple other challenges, she is finally home with us.
